Sacred Journeys, LLC offers an environment of unconditional positive regard where clients can heal and grow. Nicole Windsor has been licensed as a professional counselor in the state of Georgia since 2010 and has worked with at risk children and their families for over 10 years. In addition, she has been certified by AFAA as a personal fitness trainer since 2008. Nicole approaches mental health from a holistic mind/body perspective and often incorporates meditation, mindfulness and physical fitness into the therapeutic process, called "active therapy." She is certified in MDFT, Multidimensional Family Therapy, as both a therapist and a supervisor.
